Arbaeen 2021 - Houston
Arbaeen - Over two thousand Muslims met yesterday (09/26/2021) in downtown Houston to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hussain, the grandson of Muhammad. Once per year, millions of Muslims make the pilgrimage to Karbala, Iraq in what is often considered the largest peaceful gathering in the world. The pilgrimage is one of sorrow and is centered around gratitude, tolerance, and ultimately - love.
